Well, Halloween is over, and I got about four pounds worth of candies! Now that’s over,  a new holiday is coming up. Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is a day where you get together with family and friends and you give bless and…EAT! You know what first thought hit my mind? That Thanksgiving sounds like thanks giving, or thanks for giving. And you want to know something else? My birthday is on the week of Thanksgiving! I’m so excited!

There is this series that I’m really hooked on to, and it is called the Charlie Bone series. It is a great book, with lots of suspense, leaving me with cliffhangers every time. I first learned about this book when my friend told me about it. I went to the library and checked out the first book of Charlie Bone. It was so good, I couldn’t stop reading it. I read more than an hour and thirty minutes a day! I read at school, at home, in the car. At almost anyplace you could think of!

Who? You wanna know WHO inspired me? Capital W, H, O, WHO? O.K, then. Well, it all started when my teacher was going to show us a blog. But, the internet wasn’t working, so we couldn’t do it. That’s when I had an idea. When I got home from school, I did my homework and waited for my dad to get home. When he came home, I asked him, ” May you make me a blog?” Well, I knew that it wouldn’t be easy. And I was right. It took a couple days. But then, my dad said it was complete. Yes!

Hi, my name is Jethro, and I’m new to this blog thingy, so don’t expect me to be all mastery at this yet. I was really excited when my dad made it for me, and I’m still excited.

As you all know, Halloween is coming up, and everyone is really excited. All the candy, the costumes, blah, blah, blah. My costume is an Alien.

As my dad said in his blog or maybe not, “so far, so good.”
